If we are available we will inform you of the cost of the sit.
Please be aware that we require all cats that we care for to be registered with a vet.
Pre sit visit
If you are a new customer we will arrange a convenient time to visit you at home to collect information about your cat's needs e.g. feeding times, vet's details, favourite toys etc.
If you are an existing customer we will contact you shortly before the sit to check for any changes to your cat's routine.
We will collect your house keys which are kept securely while you are away. Payment details will be forwarded to you. Payment is required 7 days before the sit begins.
During the sit
You will be kept regularly updated about your cat's behaviour, eating and toileting habits (if appropriate) during your absence.
We are also happy to send photographs of your feline friend.
On your return we will arrange a convenient time to return your house keys.
